The course is covered over 2 semesters
the first semester focus on general pathology ,teaching cell injury and adaptation
neoplasm ,inflammation, hemodynamics and
The second semester concerned mainly with systemic pathology including
cardiovascular pathology ,respirotary,GIT,liver and pancreas ,Endocrine ,CNS renal and reproductive system and Bone and skin
أهداف المقرر
1. Preparing students who are able to identify various diseases and their causes, their mechanism of occurrence and methods of diagnosis
2. Providing students with basic information about pathology and benefiting from it in the subsequent clinical years.
