وصف المقرر
This course is designed to increase the students' level of understanding and orientation toward the critical care nursing related issues. Throughout this course, the students can present the critically care patients with reasonable nursing care when the nursing process is applied and the students' role as care providers is performed.

-Distinguish and manage the different type of shock and stroke
- Interpret the ventilator parameters.
- Assess and manage the ventilated patients.
-Distinguish the different types and degree of burns
-Able to identify and manage (Pulmonary embolism, pleural effusion and pneumothorax).
-Interpret the ABGs values

-Apply basic and advanced life support techniques
-Monitor the patient hemodynamically
