This course is designed to increase the students' level of understanding and orientation toward the Management and Leadership in Nursing related issues.
Throughout this course, the students can apply Management and Leadership skills to manage a group of employees in the best manner, in addition to, exploring and solving all the problems in an active way in life and work.
أهداف المقرر
At the end of this course the students will able to:
- Distinguish the differing roles of various nurse administrators.
- Observe and accurately identify leadership styles in selected nurse administrators.
- Complete a one month staffing schedule (plan) for a theoretical unit when given pertinent data.
- Observe nursing care given to a group of patients and critically evaluate that care.
- Resolve conflict when given pertinent data.
- Effectively evaluate and make positive suggestions for improving nu
