وصف المقرر

This course presents concepts underlying professional nursing practice and assists .the students in developing their own roles and concepts A major focus of this course for students is to critically think about nursing profession, historical and theoretical framework, moral and legal issues, and standards of nursing practice. In addition, students will be provided with information and tools that nurses and nursing can use to confront health and health care challenges.

أهداف المقرر

At the end of the course the student will be able to: Understand the professional nursing practice. Interpret socialization issues to professional nursing. Realized legal issues in nursing and health care Identify the ethical dimension of nursing and health care. Apply the computer science in nursing practice. Realize different models related to nursing practice. Use nursing models in solving nursing problems. Understand the communication process and effective communication. analyze the evidence- based practice and it's effect on practice.
