Application Steps:

Phase 1: Creating an Account

Download the app for the Directorate of Private University Education and enter your information.

Choose a username, password, and phone number (the system ensures these are not previously used).

The system captures a live photo of the applicant.

The system scans the front side of the national ID card.

The system scans the back side of the national ID card.

If the personal photo matches the photo on the national ID card, the system creates the account.

 

Phase 2: Filling Out Information

Use the app to start filling out the required data.

Log in with the account created in Phase 1.

Select the type of student category.

Enter the examination number.

Verify the accuracy of the entered information.

Upload supporting documents if available.

Add an institute certificate if applicable.

Enter the secret code.

Complete the data verification process.

 

If the applicant wishes to delete all information in their account, this can be done through the app as it is linked to the live photo.

 

If the student needs further verification requiring visits to the Ministry of Higher Education or verification centers, they can do so via online appointment booking.

The student is entitled to apply for the private admission channel through the "Private Channels" section by following the instructions and conditions for each channel, as the

activation requirements vary by channel.
