A senior lecturer and researcher with extensive industry experience gained through the implementation of several telecom and construction projects, I recently transitioned from industry to academia, driven by two significant academic achievements: earning a master's degree in Engineering Project Management with distinction from the University of Manchester and becoming certified as a PRINCE2 practitioner by AXELOS. This experience and expertise have positioned me to lead the quality assurance department and deliver the construction management module at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa.

My tenure with the two main network operators in Iraq served as a catalyst for developing my systems thinking and problem-solving skills. For five consecutive years, I played a pivotal role in implementing network expansion projects to accommodate the large number of pilgrims heading to Karbala during the Alarbaean ceremony.

My current research interests are deeply influenced by these practical project experiences, and I am committed to applying both bottom-up and top-down approaches to enhance organizational learning. Lessons from both failed and successful endeavors must be openly shared and reflected upon to expedite organizational growth and maturity.
