The Head of the Digital Media Department at University of Warith Al-Anbiya , Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Muhammad Ali Kashkoul, participated as a member of the committee discussing the master’s thesis entitled “Brand Quality and its Impact on Customer Stability: The Interactive Role of Customer Emotion”, which took place on Sunday, May 13, 2026

The thesis included a field study of the opinions of a sample of mobile phone customers, employing modern statistical methods to analyze the impact of customer sentiment on strengthening the relationship between brand quality and brand stability

 

The session featured an extensive scholarly dialogue during which committee members offered their methodological and applied observations to further develop the study.
