Establishing a rehabilitation and training center for children with autism spectrum disorder in Najaf (Al-Saada Center for Autism) a government center affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to attract and rehabilitate autistic children for free by training the entire center's work team for a period of 4 months with (120) practical and theoretical training hours so that the center has more than (20) certified autism specialists qualified to work directly with autistic children.

Rehabilitating and training a group of specialists through a comprehensive diagnosis and rehabilitation program for drug users and addicts in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior / Drug Control Directorate / Rehabilitation Center for Drug Users and Addicts (sanatorium) for a period of 3 months.
