As part of its commitment to academic excellence and scientific research, Dr. Abdullah Ali Saqr, Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, participated as a member of a Master's thesis defense committee at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala. The thesis examined the impact of emotional intelligence on the mediating role of employee–customer exchange in service recovery, highlighting the importance of interpersonal skills in enhancing workplace performance and service quality. This participation reflects the university’s commitment to supporting scientific research and strengthening academic collaboration, in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the promotion of postgraduate studies and the exchange of academic expertise.

في إطار تعزيز حضورها الأكاديمي ودعم مسيرة البحث العلمي، شارك الدكتور عبد الله علي صكر، رئيس قسم الشؤون الإدارية والمالية في جامعة وارث الأنبياء (عليه السلام)، عضواً في لجنة مناقشة رسالة ماجستير في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد بجامعة كربلاء. وتناولت الرسالة أثر الذكاء العاطفي في أداء الدور الوسيط لتبادل الموظف والزبون في سياق إصلاح الخدمة، مسلطةً الضوء على أهمية المهارات الإنسانية في تطوير بيئات العمل والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المؤسسية. وتعكس هذه المشاركة حرص جامعة وارث الأنبياء على الإسهام الفاعل في دعم البحث العلمي وتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي بين الجامعات، بما ينسجم مع (الهدف 4: التعليم الجيد) من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، من خلال دعم الدراسات العليا وتبادل الخبرات العلمية.

The Academic Affairs Department operates under the supervision of the esteemed Vice President for Academic Affairs. It serves as the hub for the university's scientific outcomes, including research activities, patents, and other academic achievements.

To become an incubator for outstanding scientific contributions, ensuring the university’s distinction in research and academics while providing a comprehensive central database of scientific information.

To design and implement scientific and research strategies that align with the university’s objectives and contribute to societal development.

Enhance and strengthen the university’s research outputs, promote ethical research practices, and establish mechanisms to support high-quality research, with a focus on encouraging faculty to publish in reputable journals. Foster and support diverse scientific and intellectual activities while facilitating collaboration and partnerships with universities, research centers, governmental institutions, and cultural and scientific organizations. Organize activities in accordance with the guidelines and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding scientific affairs. Develop creative scientific initiatives and document all scientific activities, including conferences, workshops, and seminars, ensuring follow-up on outcomes to maximize their impact. Update and refine academic curricula. Provide practical and scientific solutions to societal challenges.

Develop and oversee the university's scientific research plan. Supervise the establishment and registration of scientific journals within the university. Monitor and implement plans for conferences, seminars, and workshops across the university’s units. Facilitate the creation of new academic departments and branches. Establish research centers and units. Organize the Warith National Award for Research Excellence. Track and support patent registration activities. Assist researchers in publishing in globally indexed journals. Manage agreements for collaboration and academic partnerships.
