Outside of Iraq, recognition of universities depends on the criteria of each country, and this applies to government universities as well. Yes, Warith Al-Anbiyaa University is a recognized university by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under Ministerial Order No. (T.A/K 4727) for the year 2017.

 Warith Al-Anbiyaa University is a private university affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). It is recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under Ministerial Order No. (T.A/K 4727) for the year 2017.

 The university accepts all Arab and foreign nationalities.

Warith Al-Anbiyaa University offers the following Bachelor's degree programs:

  1. Faculty of Medicine
  2. Faculty of Nursing
  3. Faculty of Engineering with its three departments:
    • Biomedical Engineering
    • Civil Engineering
    • HVAC Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
  4. Faculty of Law
  5. Faculty of Management and Economics with the following departments:
    • Accounting
    • Business Administration
  6. Faculty of Islamic Sciences with the following departments:
    • Quranic Sciences
    • Jurisprudence (Fiqh)

The steps required to equivalate a certificate for non-Iraqis are as follows:
Equivalating the certificate from the Iraqi Ministry of Education, along with the passport, and it is mandatory to visit the university before October.

The university provides 110 free seats for foreign students, in addition to the discounts offered to its financially challenged students.

The required cumulative GPA for admission to a Master's degree program in Iraq is (65) and above. However, in other countries, it depends on the policies of each individual country to which you are applying.

 

The transfer and hosting requirements at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University are based on the guidelines issued by the Department of Studies, Planning, and Monitoring at the beginning of each August.

 

 

The university provides modern and air-conditioned buses for free transportation of female students to and from the on-campus accommodation.

The required documents depend on the guidelines provided by the Department of Studies, Planning, and Monitoring, which include the student's online account, academic transcripts, student and parents' identification documents, passport-sized white background photos, and the first installment of the tuition fees.

 

The Department of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-Up at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University trains graduate students for the workforce in their professions by offering courses and training programmes. Furthermore, they facilitate and manage the employment of recent graduates by interacting with both public and private organisations to identify positions that complement their goals and the education and training they received from the Employment Support and Development Department's workshops and seminars. In addition, they work with government and commercial organisations to plan and organise employment fairs where they can introduce top graduates and build relationships. 

Regulations for Applying to On-Campus Accommodation:

 

*The student should visit the Dormitories Department in the Alaa Building, Second Floor, to obtain the application form.

*Fill out the application form, which includes personal information, housing details, and the student's photo.

*The form needs to be approved by the Financial, Legal, Monitoring, and Dormitories Departments.

*The student must sign an undertaking to abide by the regulations and rules.

*The Dormitories Department will issue a housing assignment addressed to the Building Administration (Supervisors).

 

Required Documents for Application:

 

*Identification documents (Student ID, Parent's ID, and Residence ID).

*Three passport-sized photos of the student.

*Half of the housing fees (500,000 Iraqi Dinars).

*The on-campus accommodation consists of 140 rooms.

   *Annual housing fees (1,000,000 Iraqi Dinars) are to be paid in two installments (500,000 at registration and 500,000 at the beginning of the second course)
