This policy applies to all students enrolled in all programs at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa. It specifically targets students identified as being in the bottom 20% of the national income distribution or from defined impoverished geographic regions.

- Lowest Income Groups: Households within the bottom 20% of income distribution or from defined impoverished areas, verified through documentation.
