University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa Hosts Health Awareness Lecture for Dormitory Students, Extending Outreach to the Wider Community
As part of its commitment to community outreach and health education, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa’s Department of Dormitories, in collaboration with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, organized a lecture titled "Communicable Diseases and Prevention Methods" for first-year female students in dormitories. The session covered vital preventive measures, emphasizing personal hygiene, water disinfection, and proper food handling. This initiative extends beyond the campus, reflecting the university’s dedication to educating the wider community, including alumni, local residents, and displaced individuals, about public health and disease prevention.
By collaborating with external organizations and providing practical health education, the university strengthens its role in addressing community needs and promoting long-term well-being through targeted outreach efforts.
