Accommodation

The University continues to enhance its student accommodation facilities to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for students throughout their academic journey. The university currently operates 3 student accommodation buildings that together house approximately 400 students, providing secure residential services and essential daily support facilities. In line with its commitment to widening access to higher education, the university also provides up to a 100% financial support for student accommodation services. The university aims to ensure that higher education remains accessible to all students and that financial difficulties do not prevent individuals from pursuing their academic studies. Through this support, students are able to benefit from stable, secure, and accessible living conditions throughout their university journey.

The accommodation complex includes around 141 residential rooms, in addition to several service areas such as 4 laundry rooms, 3 storage rooms, green spaces, sanitation facilities, and dedicated student dining and cafeteria areas. Each accommodation building is also equipped with 2 kitchens to support students’ daily living needs and encourage a comfortable communal environment.

University officials stated that the student residences play an important role in supporting students academically and socially by offering stable accommodation and an inclusive campus community, particularly for students studying away from their hometowns. The continued maintenance and development of these facilities reflects the university’s commitment to improving student wellbeing, promoting equal access to education, and strengthening campus living standards.

These efforts align with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) through healthy living conditions, SDG 4 (Quality Education) by supporting students with stable accommodation, SDG 5 (Gender Equality) through safe and supportive housing opportunities, and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by promoting inclusive and sustainable campus living environments.
