University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa and Al-Manara University Sign Academic Twinning Agreement

The University Deputy President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr Waqid Al-Mousawi, received a delegation from Al-Manara University in Maysan, led by the Deputy President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr Ali Al-Taie, to strengthen scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi higher education institutions. The meeting included the signing of an academic twinning agreement between the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa and Al-Manara University, aimed at expanding academic and research cooperation, exchanging expertise and knowledge, and supporting joint programmes and activities. The agreement reflects the University’s commitment to building effective academic partnerships, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), through institutional cooperation and knowledge exchange in support of sustainable development in higher education. The agreement is expected to open new opportunities for collaboration in academic and research fields, contributing to the development of the educational and research environment at both universities.
