  1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide targeted support for students from low and lower-middle-income countries by offering financial aid, scholarships, and other resources to ensure they have the opportunity to pursue higher education at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa. This policy aims to promote international education access, foster global diversity, and support the development of students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

  1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all prospective and current international students from low and lower-middle income countries, as defined by the World Bank income classification, who are enrolled or seeking enrollment in all programs at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa.

  • Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries: Countries classified within these income groups by the World Bank.
  • Support Schemes: Financial aid, scholarships, fee waivers, and academic or social services aimed at promoting international education access.

The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa offers the following support schemes to facilitate education for students from low and lower-middle income countries:

  1. Financial Assistance and Scholarships
  • Full and Partial Scholarships: Scholarships covering tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses based on financial need and academic merit.
  • Grants for Academic Excellence: Additional grants for students with outstanding academic achievements, leadership skills, or community service.
  • Need-Based Financial Aid: A program to assist students facing financial challenges impacting their education.

  • Application Fee Waivers: Waivers for application and registration fees to ease financial pressure on students during the admission process.
