First: Dean of the College
Job Title: Dean of the College of Pharmacy.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- General supervision of all academic, administrative, and financial affairs of the college.
- Chairing the College Council and implementing its decisions.
- Representing the college in national and international forums.
- Developing strategic and developmental plans for the college in coordination with the university administration.
- Supervising the work of the Vice Deans and Heads of Departments.
- Approving the annual budget of the college and recruitment procedures
Requirements:
- PhD degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Academic experience of not less than 10 years.
- Proven administrative and leadership competence.
Second: Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the implementation of study plans and ensuring the quality of the educational process.
- Following up on faculty members' affairs regarding recruitment, evaluation, and development.
- Supervising postgraduate and evening study programs.
- Coordinating academic accreditation processes with the competent authorities.
- Reviewing and developing study plans periodically
Requirements:
- PhD degree in the specialization.
- Teaching experience of not less than 7 years.
Third: Head of the Scientific Department
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing the academic and administrative affairs of the department.
- Supervising the distribution of teaching loads among faculty members.
- Following up on students' performance and attendance.
- Developing the department's curricula and setting scientific research plans.
- Representing the department in the College Council.
- Preparing periodic reports for the department and submitting them to the Dean of the College.
Requirements:

Fourth: Faculty Member (Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer)
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Teaching the assigned subjects according to the approved study plan.

Preparing and continuously updating lectures and educational materials.

Supervising students in laboratories and field training.

Supervising graduation projects, master's, and doctoral theses.

Participating in research activities and publishing peer-reviewed research.

Requirements:
- PhD degree for Professor and Assistant Professor, or Master's degree for Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer.
- Proficiency in the English language.

Fifth: Administrative and Technical Positions
1. Director of Student Affairs
- Managing student files, registration, and admission.
- Supervising study schedules and exams.
- Resolving students' administrative issues.
2. Laboratory Supervisor
- Managing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Supervising students' safety in laboratories.
- Preparing chemicals and ensuring their safe availability.
3. Information Technology Specialist
- Managing the college's network and digital infrastructure.
- Supporting e-learning platforms and databases.
- Maintaining computers and digital systems
