Vision

For the College of Pharmacy at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University to be a leading academic and research reference at the national and regional levels, contributing to the development of the pharmaceutical sector and serving the community in accordance with the highest scientific and ethical standards

The First Axis: Academic and Educational Quality

  • Review and update academic curricula to align with labor market requirements and international standards.
  • Enhance the utilization of technology in the educational process and activate blended learning.
  • Develop the skills of faculty members through continuous training and qualification programs.
  • Achieve local and international academic accreditation for the college and its programs.

The Second Axis: Scientific Research and Innovation

  • Increase the number of research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals ranked Q1 and Q2.
  • Establish specialized research units in the fields of biopharmaceuticals and clinical pharmacy.
  • Enhance research collaboration with national and international academic and industrial institutions.
  • Encourage postgraduate students to participate in independent research projects.

 

The Third Axis: Community Service and Partnerships

  •  Develop health and pharmaceutical awareness programs directed at various segments of society.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, health centers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Enhance the college's role in formulating national health policies.

 

The Fourth Axis: Developing the Institutional Environment

  • Improve infrastructure and laboratories, and provide the latest scientific equipment.
  • Implement a comprehensive quality assurance system covering all academic and administrative operations.
  • Enhance transparency and good governance in the college's administration.

Thirdly: Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanisms

  • Prepare quarterly reports to monitor the implementation of the plan and submit them to the College Council.
  • Hold periodic meetings for the executive committees to review indicators and adjust objectives.
  • Engage internal and external auditors to evaluate the college's performance.
  • Encourage the participation of faculty members and students in the evaluation processes.
