Admission Guidelines

Morning Study:

The student must submit the following documents to the entity to which they are nominated:

• The original preparatory school certificate, supported by the authentication of the General Directorate of Education, or a grade transcript, in addition to a written pledge to the college's registration department.
• Three colored copies of the Iraqi Civil Status ID or the Unified National Card for each of the (student, mother, father).
• Six (6) recent photographs.
• Medical examination form.
• Application is restricted exclusively to graduates of the current and previous academic years (2023-2024).
• The student must be born in 1994 or later.
• Students born in 1990 must have an average of 90% or above.
• The student must be fully dedicated to studying; it is not permissible to combine employment and study (simultaneously) for all employees of state institutions.
• It is not permissible to combine two studies. If proven, the student's admission will be canceled.

Admission Guidelines for Special Channels

Families of Martyrs

The included categories are (families of martyrs of the dissolved Baath crimes, families of Popular Mobilization Forces martyrs, families of war operations and military mistakes martyrs), in addition to the wounded under Law No. (57 of 2015) for the wounded person only.

The tuition fee rate for the categories of this channel is 50% of the tuition fees for each department.

Five (5) marks are added to the average of the student applying to the medical group (General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy).

Fill out the electronic form for the families of martyrs and visit the Martyrs Foundation to authenticate it.

Monitor the student's account daily to ensure the activation of the families of martyrs channel and verify registration in the private college/university under this channel.

Free Scholarship for the Medical Group (General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy)

Applying for the scholarship is exclusively via an electronic interface launched through the electronic portal of the Department of Private University Education.

Student data is uploaded to the system based on the Ministry of Education's data.

The student uses the examination number and password to retrieve their data within the system.

The student must be a graduate of the preparatory study, (Science, Biology) branch for the academic year 2023/2024 exclusively.

A student with an average of 96% and above is entitled to apply for ten (10) different choices, and a student with an average of 93% can apply for six (6) different choices.

The student is subject to electronic competition based on grade averages.

Auditing the documents related to the privileges granted to the student by private universities and colleges to compete for the free scholarship before electronic registration.

If the registration of the student accepted for the free scholarship is completed, their name will be withheld from the other admission channels within the private education portal.

Students Covered by Social Welfare

The included categories are the student or one of their parents (father, mother) who have a record in the registers of the Social Protection Authority.

The fees will be at a rate of 50% of the tuition fees for each department for evening studies only.

Students Who Have Memorized the Holy Quran

Includes all preparatory school graduates.

The student accepted under the full Quran memorization channel is exempt from tuition fees.

The student undergoes a test by a specialized international arbitration committee issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. The test is repeated annually at the beginning of each academic year to ensure the continued memorization of the Holy Quran; otherwise, the privilege of tuition fee exemption is canceled.
