Registration Instructions

    Application Steps:

 

       Stage One: Account Creation 

1. Download the App:  

   - Download the application from the Private University Education Department and enter the required information.

2. Create Username and Password:  

   - Choose a username, password, and phone number (the system verifies their uniqueness).

 3. Live Photo Capture:  

   - The system captures a live photo of the student.

 4. Scan National ID:  

   - The system scans the front side of the unified national ID card.

   - The system scans the back side of the unified national ID card.

 5. Account Creation:  

   - When the personal photo matches the ID card photo, the system creates the account.

 

       Stage Two: Data Entry 

 1. Use the App:  

   - Use the application to start the data entry process.

 2. Log In:  

   - Log in with the student account created in Stage One.

 3. Select Student Types:  

   - Select the appropriate student type.

 4. Enter Exam Number:  

   - Enter the exam number.

 5. Verify Data:  

   - Verify the accuracy of the entered data.

 6. Upload Supporting Documents:  

   - Upload any supporting documents, if available.

   - Add institute certificate, if available.

 7. Enter Security Code:  

   - Enter the security code.

 8. Complete Data Verification:  

   - Complete the data verification process.

 9. Data Deletion Option:  

   - If the student wishes to delete all information in their student account, it can be done through the app due to its linkage with the live photo.

 10. Verification Requirements:  

    - If the student needs verification that requires visiting the Ministry of Higher Education or verification centers, it is done through online booking.

 11. Application to Special Channels:  

    - The student can apply to special channels through the "Special Channels" field and follow the instructions and conditions for each channel as activation requirements differ.
