The Department of Forensic Science at the College of Science seeks to be a leader in education, scientific research, and practical application in the field of forensic sciences, while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and scientific ethics. It aims to meet community needs in supporting criminal justice by graduating qualified professionals who possess scientific knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to use the latest scientific technologies in forensic evidence analysis.

 

The mission of the Department of Forensic Science at the College of Science is to prepare specialized and qualified scientific personnel in the fields of forensic sciences, equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and capable of analyzing forensic evidence using modern technologies in accordance with scientific and ethical standards. This contributes to supporting the justice system, serving the community, and enhancing scientific research and cooperation with relevant institutions.

 
 
 

 

  • Preparing scientifically and practically qualified graduates in the field of forensic science, capable of working efficiently in security, judicial, and forensic laboratory institutions.

    Providing students with specialized theoretical knowledge and modern practical skills in forensic evidence analysis using advanced technologies.

    Developing students’ abilities in scientific, critical, and analytical thinking when dealing with criminal cases and analyzing evidence.

    Supporting scientific research in forensic science fields and encouraging applied studies that contribute to solving societal problems.

    Promoting adherence to professional ethics and legal and humanitarian standards in handling forensic evidence.

The student’s documents (national card), father’s and mother’s IDs, and residence card.
Confirmation of grades or academic document.
(3) recent photos of the student with a white background.
Exam number and password.
Endorsement from the Martyrs Foundation if the student submits it on the Dhaila al-Shuhada channel.
A confirmation of continuity of service (for the sponsor) with the amount of the nominal salary recorded.
