• The student must study full-time; combining employment and study is not permitted.

• Create an account and verify your identity, then activate the account automatically or through a verification centre.
• Activate any privileges, then complete the form in order: channel, university, college, department, then morning or evening study.
• Applicants may select 7 to 50 choices; the application period is 5 working days from the launch of the form.
• After results are announced, the student confirms admission and registers at the department within 10 working days to pay the fee; otherwise admission is cancelled.

• Families of martyrs: 50% fee reduction, and admission with an average 7 marks below the minimum.
• Political prisoners: evening study only, with a 25% fee reduction.
• Social welfare beneficiaries: 50% fee reduction for evening study only.
• Holy Quran memorisers: full fee exemption after passing the approved test.
• People with disabilities: free seats for those with a disability of 70% or more.
• Top institute graduates: the top 20% may apply to the corresponding specialisation.
