Warith Al-Anbiya University qualifies its staff for program accreditation through a specialized training course

Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Modern Technologies at Warith Al-Anbiya University/Al-Naqeeb Complex, a specialized training course entitled "Program Accreditation for Newly Established Colleges and Departments" was held. The course was presented by Dr. Hussein Al-Ghanimi and saw wide participation from administrative and teaching staff.

The course was attended by deans, assistant deans, department heads, and members of the quality and accreditation committees at the College of Modern Technologies, along with representatives from the Colleges of Dentistry, Pharmacy, Computer Science, and Information Technology. This collaborative effort aimed to enhance the culture of academic quality and meet accreditation requirements according to national and international standards.

The course covered key topics, most notably the mechanisms for preparing accreditation files, measuring learning outcomes, documenting academic activities, the requirements of the National Council for Higher Education Accreditation, and ways to develop the educational environment according to standards of academic rigor. The Dean of the College emphasized the importance of continuing such training programs to improve the readiness of newly established colleges and support the institutional accreditation process.

This course aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4, which focuses on ensuring quality education through the development of the academic system and its outcomes. It also supports Goal 8, which aims to build a qualified workforce capable of leading institutional work professionally, and Goal 17, which emphasizes fostering effective partnerships among colleges to achieve quality and accreditation standards.
