Application Steps
Phase 1: Account Creation
Download the application for the Private Higher Education Department and enter the required information.
Choose a username, password, and phone number (the system checks if they have not been used before).
The system captures a live photo of the student.
The system scans the front side of the unified national ID card.
The system scans the back side of the unified national ID card.
When the live photo matches the photo on the ID card, the system creates the account.
Phase 2: Data Entry
Use the application to start entering data.
Log in through the student account created in the first phase.
Select the type of student.
Enter the exam number.
Ensure the accuracy of the data.
Upload the required files, if available.
Add the institute certificate, if available.
Enter the secret number.
Complete the data verification.
If the student wishes to erase all information in their student account, they can do so through the application, as it is linked to the live face photo.
If the student needs a review process that requires the Ministry of Higher Education or auditing centers, they can do so via online booking.
The student is entitled to apply for the specific channel through the "Private Channels" field and follow the instructions and conditions for each channel, as the activation requirements vary from one channel to another.
