The Deanship of the Faculty of Medicine, Warith Al-Anbiya University, peace be upon him, represented by the respected Dean, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun, honored both the employee (Hussein Majeed) and the employee (Younis Essam) for their efforts in conducting the end-of-course exams for first-year students, wishing them continued success in serving the students and the university.

As part of its efforts to obtain accreditation, the College of Medicine, and in the presence of the Dean, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun Al-Ghazi, holds a number of meetings with the Leading Committee for Accreditation to review the latest work with the subcommittees for accreditation.

Within the framework of cooperation, which includes twin formation, the professors of the Surgery Branch at the College of Medicine, University of Heir al-Anbiya, peace be upon him, participated with the Surgery Branch at the College of Medicine, University of Karbala, in taking the OSCE practical exam at the end of the course for students of the fourth stage of the Karbala College of Medicine in the subject of general surgery.

In the presence of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun Al-Ghazi. The College of Medicine at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) hosted His Eminence Sheikh Zaman al-Hasnawi (may his success be long) to give an educational lecture to university students.

Within the Green University Environment Week, which was launched by the Presidency of Heir al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him).The College of Medicine held a scientific lecture for college students in which it hosted Dr. Ali Naqvi, a lecturer at the British University of Hull. And a cardiologist at the British Castle Hill HospitalTo present a scientific lecture entitled (hypertension: What is the New in 2024)Which addressed the latest developments in high blood pressure in 2024.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Warith al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) received Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun al-Ghazi, the respected Dr. Maad Nassif Jassim, a consultant to the British Royal College, where a presentation was made about the possibility of establishing a center for emergency and disaster medicine in cooperation with the British Royal College and opening channels of cooperation between the Royal British College and the University of Warith al-Anbiya. Respected Muslim, the teaching assistants among the staff of the College of Medicine held the regular meeting to find out the latest developments regarding the work entrusted to them.During his meeting, Dr. Al-Ghazi pointed out the need to make diligent efforts and tireless efforts to serve our university and the educational process in our beloved country.

Under the supervision and follow-up of the Honorable Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun Al-Ghazi, the Honorable Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Riyad Haniwa, and the Honorable Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Ali Mansour, the students of the College of Medicine took the practical exams for the first semester.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research honored Dr. Hashem Talib Hashem from the Research Department at the College of Medicine for writing a book classified within Scopus that deals with cardiac malformations in children, which was published by the international publishing house Springer. It is noteworthy that Dr. Hashim Talib Hashim, a graduate of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad in the year 2022, has published more than 120 research so far in the Scopus and PubMed archives, and has also published six medical books so far.

The Honorable Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun, met with the members of the Evaluative Quality Assurance Committee, where the meeting centered on analyzing the data of the post-exam questions and providing feedback on the branches and their suitability in the exams, and what is related to the evaluation of theoretical and practical exams, where a number of decisions were taken regarding recommendations. The Department of Medical Research at Warith Al-Anbiya University, Faculty of Medicine, presented a research titled:“The relationship between alcohol addiction and aggressive behavior among Iraqi people in 2022”At the annual conference of the Emirates Internal Medicine Society in Dubai, where the research was accepted and selected to participate in the conference as a poster from among hundreds of research papers submitted to the resident committees.

The head of the Iraqi-Korean Friendship Organization visited the College of Medicine. He was received by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Ali Abd Saadoun, and the Scientific Associate, Lecturer Dr. Riyad Haniwah. The meeting dealt with the study of signing memorandums of understanding between a number of Korean universities with international rankings.
