The College of Medicine at Warith Al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him) strives to achieve a comprehensive vision of graduating highly skilled physicians grounded in the noble Islamic values ​​embodied by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein. Awarding a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery Degree: The college aims to prepare highly qualified physicians capable of diagnosing and understanding the nature and extent of health problems facing society, with a focus on complex cases and common health issues. They are trained to provide appropriate solutions and effective care to reduce the spread of diseases and alleviate their burdens, thus contributing to society in facing health challenges.

Instilling Ethical Values ​​and Good Conduct: The college strives to instill high ethical values ​​and promote integrity and dedication in its students, drawing inspiration from the example of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) as a sublime ethical model. The college is committed to developing the humanitarian aspect of its students so they become compassionate and dedicated physicians in their treatment of patients, adhering to the highest standards of medical and professional ethics.

Supporting and Motivating Graduates: The college provides comprehensive support to its students even after graduation through training programs specifically designed to enhance their skills and abilities and encourage them to pursue postgraduate studies. These programs are part of the college's efforts to elevate the academic level of physicians and enhance their self-development skills, enabling them to achieve excellence in their various fields of specialization.

Developing Curricula and Teaching Methods: The college strives for innovation in its curricula and the continuous updating of its teaching methods, with a focus on interactive lecture delivery. Establishing an Integrated Healthcare System in Cooperation with Relevant Entities: The college aims to build a comprehensive healthcare system in coordination with the Health and Medical Education Authority of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and the staff of the Iraqi Ministry of Health, in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization. These efforts focus on establishing a solid foundation for scientific research, enabling the development of medical research that contributes to addressing existing health problems and enhances the college's position as a leading educational institution.

Preparing Physicians Who Listen to and Understand Patients' Needs: From their early years of study, students are trained in active listening and empathy skills, identifying patients' health and psychological needs, and working to meet those needs effectively. These advanced and ongoing clinical trainings include enhancing the student's understanding of their role as a holistic physician who cares about the patient as a whole, and not just about diagnosing and treating the disease.


Morning Studies:

The student must submit the following documents:

Original preparatory school certificate, authenticated by the General Directorate of Education or a grade confirmation, in addition to a written undertaking to the college registration office.
Three colored copies of the Iraqi Civil Status ID or Unified National Card for each of the student, mother, and father.
Six recent photographs.
Medical examination form.
Applications are open exclusively to graduates of the current and previous academic years (2023-2024).
The student must have been born in 1994 or later and have a minimum average of 95%.
Application Guidelines for the Channels:

Families of Martyrs

Eligible categories include: families of martyrs of the Ba'ath regime's crimes, families of martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and families of martyrs of military operations and errors. Additionally, wounded individuals covered under Law No. 57 of 2015 are eligible.
Tuition fees for these categories are 50% of the standard tuition fees for each department.
Five points will be added to the applicant's average for this group. Medical (General Medicine)
Complete the electronic form for the families of martyrs and submit it to the Martyrs Foundation for approval.
Free scholarship for the medical group (General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy)

Applications for the scholarship are exclusively through an electronic interface launched via the electronic portal of the Department of Private Higher Education.
Student data is uploaded to the system based on data from the Ministry of Education.
Students use their examination number and password to retrieve their data within the system.
Students must be graduates of secondary school (scientific or biological branch) for the 2023/2024 academic year only.
Students with a grade of 96% or higher are eligible to apply for ten (10) different choices, and students with a grade of 93% are eligible to apply for six (6) different choices.
Students will be subject to electronic ranking based on their grades.
Students must verify the documents related to the privileges granted to them by private universities and colleges to compete for the free scholarship before electronic registration.
If the registration of the accepted student for the free scholarship is completed, their name will be removed from the system. Other admission channels within the Private Education Portal

Students covered by social welfare
The covered categories are the student or one of their relatives (father, mother) who is registered in the records of the Social Protection Authority.
Tuition fees are (50%) of the tuition fees for each department for evening studies only.

Students who have memorized the Holy Quran
This includes all graduates of secondary school.
Students admitted through the channel for memorizing the entire Quran are exempt from tuition fees.
The student is subject to an examination by an international specialized arbitration committee issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. The examination is repeated annually at the beginning of each academic year to ensure continued memorization of the Holy Quran. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the tuition fee exemption.

Application Steps:

Stage 1: Account Creation

Download the Private Higher Education Department's application and enter your information.
Choose a username, password, and phone number (the system will verify that these have not been used previously).
The system will take a live photo of the student.
The system will scan the front of the national ID card.
The system will scan the back of the national ID card.
If the photo matches the photo on the national ID card, the system will create the account.
Stage 2: Data Entry

Use the application to begin the data entry process.
Log in using the student account created in Stage 1.
Select student types.
Enter the examination number.
Verify the accuracy of the data.
Upload supporting files, if applicable.
Add the institute certificate, if applicable.
Enter the password.
Complete data verification.
If the student wishes to delete all information in their student account, this can be done through the application, as it is linked to the live photo.
If the student requires verification that necessitates a visit to the Ministry of Higher Education or verification centers, this can be done through the online booking system.
The student is eligible to apply through the channel. Private channels can be accessed through the "Private Channels" section, and the instructions and conditions for each channel must be followed, as activation requirements vary from channel to channel.
