The College of Medicine at Wareth Al-Anbiya University aspires to excel in medical subjects in general, and particularly in those related to health issues in Iraq. This can be achieved through national, regional, and international leadership in vital medical education and research activities. Such leadership encompasses areas like spinal surgery, hemoglobin disorders, cancer, environmental pollution, and post-trauma illnesses.

Dependence on the electronic form provided by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the purpose of application to the college, and the student must possess the Iraqi Preparatory Certificate or its equivalent, validated by the General Directorate of Education in the province.
The student should also be born in the year 1990 or later.
The department accepts the student. The minimum admission GPA is 90.

First, the student creates their own account within the application system using their active mobile number and selecting a password, which enables them to later access the Central Admission System for Private Education. Afterward, the student activates notifications, electronic booking, and communication through SMS messages to utilize these services during the application phase, data verification, and registration.

Then, the student fills in their personal information by starting with selecting the graduation institution. Following the system's instructions, the student completes the data entry process according to the requirements of each student category.

The application system provides a dedicated interface for electronic booking to manage appointments for reviewing the documents at the Private Higher Education Department or audit centers in private universities and colleges, based on the requirements of each student category.

The electronic data matching process is conducted for students who are graduates of the Ministry of Education and who possess the exam number and password.

After data matching, the student can start the application process by filling out electronic forms with four options within the general application channel, in addition to two forms for those included in the special channels.

Then the system dynamically and periodically conducts the selection process, displaying students' acceptances based on their choices in the application forms, and the results are continuously updated throughout the application period.

Following the application phase, the registration phase begins after its completion. The student takes their (registration code) and proceeds to the department they were accepted to, in order to complete the registration process.

Upon completing the registration process at the college of acceptance, the student's other acceptance options are canceled, to provide an opportunity for other students, based on the results of the selection process.
