Submission Controls

• Morning Study:
  The student submits the following documents to the entity to which he is nominated:
• The original preparatory study document, supported by the approval of the General Directorate of Education or approval of grades, in addition to a written pledge to register the college
• 3 colored copies of the Iraqi civil status identity or the unified national card for each of (the student - the mother - the father)
• (6) recent photos
  Medical examination form
• Application for graduates of the current and previous academic year (2023-2024) exclusively
• The student must be born in 1994 and upwards
• The student born in 1990 with a grade of (90%) or higher
• The student is dedicated to studying and it is not permissible to combine work and study (at the same time) for all members of state institutions
• It is not permissible to combine the two studies, and if this is proven, the student's acceptance is canceled

1. Controls for applying to the channels

• Relatives of martyrs
• The categories covered are (relatives of martyrs of the crimes of the dissolved Baath Party - Martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces - families of martyrs of military operations and
• military errors) in addition to the wounded under Law (57 of 2015) the wounded himself only
• The percentage of tuition fees for the categories of this channel is 50% of the tuition fees for each department
• 5 points are added to the average of the student applying to the medical group (general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy)
• Fill out the electronic form for the families of martyrs and review the Martyrs Foundation for approval
• Follow up the student's account daily to ensure that the Martyrs' Families channel is activated and to ensure registration in the private college/university on the Martyrs' Families channel
• Free grant for the medical group (general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy)
• Applying for the grant is exclusively through an electronic interface launched through the electronic portal of the Department of Private University Education

Student data is uploaded to the system based on the data of the Ministry of Education

The student uses the exam number with the password to retrieve his data within the system

The student must be a graduate of the preparatory study for the branch (scientific, biological) for the academic year 2023/2024 Exclusively

A student with a grade of (96%) or above is entitled to apply for ten (10) different choices, and a student with a grade of (93%) is entitled to apply for (6) different choices

The student is subject to electronic comparison and according to the grades

Auditing the documents related to the privileges granted to the student by private universities and colleges to compete for the free grant before electronic registration

In the event that the registration of the student accepted for the free grant is completed, his name will be blocked from the rest of the admission channels within the private education portal

• Students covered by social care
  The covered categories are the student or one of his relatives (father, mother) who have a record in the records of the Social Protection Authority

The fees are (50%) of the tuition fees for each department for evening studies only

• Students who have memorized the Holy Qur’an
  Includes all graduates of preparatory studies

The student accepted within the channel of memorizing the entire Qur’an is exempt from tuition fees

The student is subject to an international specialized arbitration committee test issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and the test is repeated Annually at the beginning of each academic year to ensure that he continues to memorize the Holy Quran, otherwise the privilege of exemption from tuition fees will be cancelled.
