The College of Medicine, Warith Al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him) held its first international conference on heart diseases.

In embodiment of the interest of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and working with the principles of honest work derived from the thought of the Master of Martyrs, peace be upon him, the College of Medicine, Warith Al-Anbiya University, held ((The First International Warith Conference on Heart and Chest Diseases and Surgery)) with the attendance of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, and Dr. Saad Al-Din Al-Banna (Office of the Legal Guardian, may his shadow last) and a number of local and international scientific and academic figures.In the halls of the College of MedicineIn cooperation with the British Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery and the Iraqi Society for Cardiothoracic Diseases / Middle Euphrates Branch,An elite group of doctors and specialists in the field of heart and chest from all over the world participated in the conference, as it aims to exchange knowledge and experiences on the latest innovations and technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and chest diseases.These elite researchers and scientists participated in reviewing eighty research papers, the content of which was the latest methods of diagnosis, surgery, and medical education methods in the field of heart surgery. The conference program included scientific sessions and specialized workshops, in addition to lectures presented by the most prominent doctors and scientists in this field. In addition, a temporary private clinic was prepared to examine many children with heart disease for free on one side of the conference. It is worth mentioning that many students from the College of Medicine attended and followed all the latest research and innovations that were reviewed by the elite participating scientists. In addition, clinical training workshops were held for students specializing in heart diseases and surgery by the elite scientists in the specialty in the temporary clinic that was prepared to examine patients and the advanced skills laboratory in the college.
