Assistant Prof. Dr. Hakim Salman Al-Sultani participated as a member of the thesis defense committee for the PhD dissertation presented by student Hussein Fadhel Mohsen Al-Hakim. The dissertation, titled "The Authority of Religious Texts: A Study in Quranic Foundations and Jurisprudential Principles," was defended on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, in the discussion hall of the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa.

Prof. Dr. Ayad Karim Abdul, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences at Al-Warith University, participated as a member of the thesis defense committee for PhD student Aqil Hussein Hamza. The defense was held in the Department of Theology and Islamic Thought and focused on the thesis titled "Doctrinal Inference Between Al-Ash'ari and Ibn Al-Mutahhar Al-Hilli: A Comparative Study in Light of the Theological Method." Dr. Firdaws Hashem Al-Alawi, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences at Al-Warith University, was selected as a member of the thesis defense committee for a master's thesis titled "Interpretive Narratives Agreeing and Disagreeing with the Phenomena of the Holy Quran: A Comparative Study."
