An introductory visit for the students of the College of Science to the "Writing the Qur'an" project, accompanied by the department's rapporteur

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the members of the "Writing the Qur'an" project visited the students of the College of Science at the University of the Prophets' Successor, peace be upon him, accompanied by the rapporteur of the Science Department, M.M. Ashraf Hussein Saleh, to introduce the college students to the objectives of the project and their potential role in its success. During the meeting, the project members, Dr. Muntadhar Shukr and Dr. Abbas Adnan, gave a detailed presentation on the idea of ​​writing the Holy Qur'an and the importance of participating in it to deepen the connection with the Qur'anic texts through direct interaction. The meeting provided the students with the opportunity to ask questions and inquire about the stages of the project and its role in promoting cultural and religious values. For his part, M.M. Ashraf Hussein Saleh praised this visit, pointing out the interest of the College of Science in actively participating in this valuable project that combines the academic and educational aspects, and enhances the students' cultural and religious skills.

Visit of the Islamic Banking and Finance Department delegation to the Iraqi Islamic Bank for Development and Investment: A unique step towards enhancing the cognitive integration of students

In a unique and distinguished step, a delegation from the College of Islamic Sciences (Islamic Banking and Finance Department) at the University of Warith Al-Anbiya, headed by the Head of the Department, Dr. Ali Karim Abdul Rahim, and Dr. Nour Mahdi Kazim, and attended by Dr. Jaafar Abdul Amir with a group of students from the department, visited the Iraqi Islamic Bank for Development and Investment on Monday 10/21/2024. This visit, which is the first of its kind, aims to inform students in the field about the banking departments and their working mechanisms, in a way that enhances their practical knowledge of the banking field. It also comes within the framework of supporting the "Virtual Bank" project, which aims to achieve cognitive integration for students in its theoretical and applied aspects. This unique visit provides a valuable opportunity for students to develop their technical and administrative skills by learning about the job tasks that will be assigned to them in their practical life, and motivating them to practice and master them in the early stages of their studies. The delegation praised the significant role played by the bank in achieving development and investment in accordance with Islamic principles, which contributes to forming a deeper understanding among students about the reality of Islamic banking and its mechanisms.

Assistant Professor Dr. Talal Al-Kamali, Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at Warith Al-Anbia University (peace be upon him), visited the procession of the two holy shrines of Imam Hussein and Al-Abbas on the Najaf-Karbala road. During the visit, Dr. Al-Kamali met with a number of distinguished scholars of the seminary and discussed the research projects and educational programs of the college, highlighting the upcoming conference (Islam is Life), which will be held after the end of the Arbaeen pilgrimage with the participation of local and international scientific and academic institutions.

As part of the annual Integrity Week activities, a delegation from Warith Al-Anbia University participated in a workshop entitled "Managing and Assessing Corruption Risks in the Private Sector" organized by the Federal Integrity Commission, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Department of Private University Education. The workshop was held in the hall of Al-Mansour University College in Baghdad Governorate, in Andalusia Square, on Thursday, December 14, 2024. The delegation from Warith Al-Anbia University included a group of academics, including:1. Prof. Dr. Ayad Karim Abdul Hassoun, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences.2.
