College of Islamic Sciences at Warith Al-Anbia University holds a scientific symposium on the occasion of World Mental Health Day
The Student Activities Committee at the College of Islamic Sciences at Warith Al-Anbia University, in cooperation with the University of Karbala, organized a scientific symposium on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, on Monday 10/14/2024.
This symposium was held in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Talal Al-Kamali, heads of departments, professors and students, and was lectured by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdul-Hussein Al-Azirjawi, Professor of Personality and Mental Health from the University of Karbala.
The lecture dealt with main topics related to mental health and its importance, as Dr. Al-Azirjawi reviewed the most prominent causes affecting mental health, and provided comprehensive answers to the questions raised by the attendees, stressing the role of psychological awareness in enhancing the well-being of individuals and societies.
This symposium comes within a series of events organized by the college to enhance knowledge and psychological support among students.
