The College of Islamic Sciences Holds a Workshop on Learning Persian to Assist Arbaeen visitors
On Saturday, February 1, 2025, the College of Islamic Sciences at Warith Al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him) organized an academic workshop titled "Learning Basic Persian to Assist Iranian Arbaeen visitors." The workshop was conducted by Assistant Lecturer Noor Al-Huda Imran Mohammed and was held at Al-Alaa Building.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with fundamental Persian language skills, focusing on commonly used phrases to facilitate communication with Iranian visitors during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. This initiative aligns with the college’s commitment to enhancing services for pilgrims arriving in the holy city of Karbala, ensuring a better experience for them as they perform their religious rituals.
The session witnessed great engagement from attendees, featuring practical lessons designed to simplify communication with pilgrims. This effort reflects the college’s dedication to community service and its role in supporting and assisting honorable visitors.
