Report of the Student Activities Committee at the College of Islamic Sciences
On January 30, 2024, the Student Activities Committee at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) presented a comprehensive report on the activities that were implemented during the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
We are pleased to summarize this report as follows:
1. The celebration of the Prophet’s birthday (10/1/2023): A joyful ceremony was held in honor of the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday. It was attended by students and professors and included religious and cultural activities.
2. Scientific symposium on electronic blackmail (11/14/2023): The committee organized a scientific symposium that sheds light on the issue of electronic blackmail, in which specialists and interested students participated.
3. A ceremony on the occasion of the birth of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her) (11/20/2023): A ceremony was held in honor of the birth of Lady Zeinab (peace be upon her), in which college students participated.
4. The Garden of Prophethood Program (12/2/2023): A special program was organized to commemorate the martyrdom of Lady Zahra (peace be upon her), which included religious and cultural activities.
5. A scientific trip for the students of the fourth stage (6/12/2023): A scientific trip was organized to the Holy Shrine of Kadhimiya and the Central Library of the Holy Shrine for the students of the fourth stage.
6. Election of student representatives before the College Council (12/5/2023): The process of electing student representatives to represent them before the College Council took place.
7. A ceremony honoring female students who wear the Islamic abaya (12/26/2023): A ceremony was held to honor female students who excel in wearing the Islamic abaya, and the ceremony was attended by a large number of students and teachers.
These activities come within the framework of enhancing the religious and cultural spirit of students, and constitute a valuable addition to the academic environment.
