Meeting of the members of the Holy Qur’an Writing Project with the Dean of the College of Sciences

As part of the activities of the “Words of Light” project to write the Holy Qur’an in students’ handwriting, a delegation of project members headed by Dr. Muntadhar Shukr and Dr. Abbas Adnan met with Professor Dr. Shaima Hussein Noufal, Dean of the College of Sciences, on Tuesday 10/22/2024.

During the meeting, the project delegation provided an explanation of the objectives of “Words of Light” and the importance of involving students in writing the Holy Qur’an, which enhances the spiritual and intellectual connection with the texts of the Holy Qur’an, and motivates them to participate effectively in a project that has a long-term impact on future generations. The Dean of the College expressed her full support for this initiative, encouraging students to participate and give their best in this blessed work.
