Job Summary: A law school graduate is an individual who has obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and aims to work in various fields including law practice, legal consultancy, legislation, arbitration, and positions in both public and private institutions. The graduate should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, great attention to detail, and effective communication skills to interact with various parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations to find appropriate legal solutions for clients or the organization.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Draft contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, and review them to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Legal Representation: Provide legal advice to individuals or companies on various matters, including commercial, criminal, civil, or family cases.
  • Court Representation: If the graduate is a "Lawyer," it may require representing clients in court and defending their rights.
  • Client Communication: Regular communication with clients to provide legal advice and clarify their rights and obligations.
  • Legal Auditing and Review: Review legal documents and make necessary amendments to ensure legal compliance.
  • Legal Follow-Up: Monitor changes in local and international laws and regulations.
  • Preparing Legal Reports: Prepare detailed legal reports on specific cases to be presented to the relevant authorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve legal problems.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
