The Faculty of Law at Al-Warith University (Peace Be Upon Him) aims to be a distinguished institution that aligns with the vision of the parent university. It seeks to achieve a prominent position in providing high-quality education and outstanding scientific research in the legal field. The goal is to elevate the faculty to the ranks of institutions recognized for their academic and scientific excellence at national, Arab, and global levels. Additionally, the faculty strives to contribute to spreading legal culture to support the advancement of society and the promotion of ethical values.
Mission:
The Faculty of Law at Al-Warith University (Peace Be Upon Him) is committed to sending a message that the faculty, with all its human resources (represented by the teaching staff) and material resources (represented by infrastructure and conducive environments), strives to enhance academic standards and establish democratic foundations based on the teachings of Islam, the purified prophetic biography, and human rights and freedoms within society.
Objectives:
- To prepare law graduates to serve in public administration and contribute to the state apparatus, and to train lawyers who are well-versed in all aspects of the legal profession, including rights, duties, and ethics, with the aim of achieving justice within society.
- To adequately prepare graduates for interacting with governmental institutions, such as participating in the preparatory work for projects, laws, and amendments, in addition to understanding how to engage with non-governmental institutions.
- To promote legal culture through various platforms such as scientific conferences, discussion sessions, training courses, and practical workshops.
- To publish scientific books and research papers and articles.
- To continuously encourage the production of rigorous research and studies related to society, overcoming obstacles and challenges, providing necessary facilities, and creating conducive environments to enable researchers to complete studies and research that address real-world issues.
- To award a Bachelor's degree in law.
- To ensure academic rigor and continuously improve the educational process.
- To organize reputable international scientific conferences.
