2024/12/20Training Course for Law College Students titled "Procedures for Administrative Lawsuits" for Three Days
The course was presented by Dr. Falah Hassan Atiyah and Dr. Nizar Mohammad Jassim. The course covered how to file an administrative lawsuit before the Administrative Court, the legal format of the lawsuit petition, the procedures for filing the lawsuit, and the process of appealing the judgment issued in the case.
