Application Process Steps:
Phase One: Account Creation
- Download the application for the Directorate of Private University Education and enter the required information.
- Choose a username, password, and phone number (the system verifies that they have not been used before).
- The system captures a live photo of the student.
- The system scans the front side of the Unified National ID card.
- The system scans the back side of the Unified National ID card.
- Once the live photo matches the one on the ID card, the system creates the account.
Phase Two: Data Entry
- Complete data verification.
- Enter the secret number.
- Add the institute certificate if available.
- Upload supporting documents if available.
- Verify the accuracy of the data.
- Enter the exam number.
- Select the type of student.
- Log in using the account created in Phase One.
- Use the application to begin filling out the data.
If the student wishes to delete all the information in their student account, this can be done through the application, as it is linked to the live photo.
If the student needs a verification process that requires visiting the Ministry of Higher Education or verification centers, this can be done through online booking.
The student has the right to apply through a specific channel by selecting the "Private Channels" field and following the instructions and requirements for each channel, as the activation requirements differ from one channel to another.
