Under the patronage of the President of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, Professor Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayyawi, the University welcomed the thirty-fifth cohort of trainees participating in the ministerial “Riyada” Initiative, as part of its ongoing programmes aimed at supporting young talent, enhancing professional competencies, and developing entrepreneurial skills.
The initiative seeks to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and strengthen the capacities of young people in a manner consistent with labour market demands, through specialised training and qualification programmes designed to prepare a generation capable of innovation and the creation of sustainable employment opportunities.
This step forms part of the University’s broader efforts to empower young people and advance their professional skills, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) through the provision of high-quality training programmes. It also contributes to the promotion of employment opportunities and entrepreneurship in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
The University further affirmed its continued commitment to embracing national initiatives that contribute to developing the capacities of young people and preparing them for effective participation in the labour market and wider societal development.
