Students of Radiology Technologies and Digital Health Visit Medical Competencies Center to Strengthen Practical Application

As part of efforts to connect practical training with theoretical knowledge, the College of Modern Technologies organized an educational visit for students from the Departments of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Technologies and Smart Digital Health Technologies to the university's Medical Competencies Center, allowing them to explore the most advanced medical technologies available there.

This visit aims to deepen students' practical understanding of the theoretical concepts they learn in classrooms, giving them the opportunity to closely examine, in the field, the latest equipment and technologies used in medical imaging and nuclear medicine, as well as to learn about the mechanisms of digital transformation in healthcare services and its modern practical applications.

The visit contributed to enhancing students' scientific and practical competencies by linking what they study theoretically with real applications they observed firsthand at the center, helping prepare them to enter the job market in accordance with the latest standards and professional requirements in the health and technology sectors.

This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, most notably Goal 3 on Good Health and Well-being, by introducing students to the latest medical imaging and nuclear medicine technologies that support the advancement of healthcare services. It also intersects with Goal 4 on Quality Education through strengthening the practical dimension and linking academic curricula with real-world applications, in addition to contributing to Goal 9 on Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by enabling students to engage with modern digital technologies in the health sector.
