As part of its commitment to academic excellence and scientific research, Dr. Abdullah Ali Saqr, Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, participated as a member of a Master's thesis defense committee at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala.

The thesis examined the impact of emotional intelligence on the mediating role of employee–customer exchange in service recovery, highlighting the importance of interpersonal skills in enhancing workplace performance and service quality.

This participation reflects the university’s commitment to supporting scientific research and strengthening academic collaboration, in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the promotion of postgraduate studies and the exchange of academic expertise.
