The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), in cooperation with the Arab Federation for Digital Empowerment, has launched an intensive, fully funded training course on the Linux operating system. The program brings together 100 students, selected from more than 200 applicants.

The course is held under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hiyawi, and was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Khalil Al-Tayyar, Advisor to the Holy Al-Husseini Shrine, along with the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Al-Ghanimi.

This initiative represents a key component of the University’s strategy to develop students’ capabilities by equipping them with advanced technical skills in cybersecurity, systems administration, and digital infrastructure. It aims to strengthen their academic foundation and prepare them to meet the evolving demands of today’s job market.
