Continuing Education Center at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University Holds a Training Workshop on Social Therapy to Address the Problems of Female Students in University Dormitories

The Continuing Education Center at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University  held a training workshop entitled "Social Therapy for Solving the Problems of Female Students in University Dormitories" on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The workshop aimed to highlight scientific approaches to dealing with social problems that female students may encounter in the university dormitory environment.

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Abbas Adnan Kamel, Head of the Department of Quranic Sciences at the College of Islamic Sciences. He addressed the concept of social therapy and its importance in addressing student problems, as well as the role of social support and counseling in enhancing the psychological and social adjustment of female students.

The workshop included a discussion of several topics related to the causes of problems faced by female students in university dormitories and mechanisms for addressing them through educational and social approaches that contribute to providing a stable and supportive university environment.

The workshop was held as part of the unified training program for purposeful social research activities, which aims to strengthen the social and human dimensions of university life.
