• Morning study:

The student shall submit to the body to which he is nominated the following documents:

✓ The original preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education or endorsement of grades in addition to a written pledge to register the college

✓ 3 color copies of the Iraqi civil status ID or the unified national card for each of (student - mother - father)

✓ 6 recent photos

✓ Medical examination form

✓ The student must have been born in 1994 upwards

✓ Student born in 1990 with an average of (90%) and above

✓ The student is full-time to study and it is not permissible to combine the job and study (at the same time) for all employees of state institutions

✓ It is not permissible to combine the two studies, and if this is proven, the student's admission will be canceled

• Evening study
• The original preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education or endorsement of grades in addition to a written undertaking to register the college
• 3 color copies of the Iraqi civil status ID or the unified national card for each of (student - mother - father)
• 6 recent photos
• Medical examination form

✓ It is not permissible to combine the two studies, and if this is proven, the student's admission will be canceled

✓ Students continuing in the morning study have the right to transfer to the corresponding evening and the College Council is authorized to do so

✓ Adoption of the same university calendar announced for morning study

1. Channels Submission Controls

1) Families of martyrs

▪ The categories covered are (the families of the martyrs of the crimes of the dissolved Baath - the families of the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization - the families of the martyrs of military operations and military mistakes) in addition to the wounded within the law (57 of 2015) the wounded itself only

▪  The percentage of tuition fees for the categories of this channel is 50% of the tuition fees for each department

▪ 5 marks are added to the average of the student applying to the medical group (general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy)

▪ 8 marks are added to the average of the advanced student to other specializations

▪ Fill out the electronic form for the families of martyrs and review the Martyrs Foundation for approval

▪ Follow up the student's account daily to ensure that the channel of the martyrs' families is activated and to ensure registration in the college/private university on the channel of the martyrs' families

2) Political prisoners

▪ Categories covered (prisoner - political detainee - Rafha detainees who were imprisoned, arrested or detained under the former Baath regime

▪ Accepting the student with a difference of 3 degrees from the minimum averages announced in the guide, and his admission to evening studies is exclusively

▪ Identification of students covered by the Prisoners' Foundation exclusively

▪ Follow up the student's account daily to ensure that the political prisoners channel is activated

3) Students from the media

▪ The student must have been born in 1994 down

▪ Talented people in the field of media and its skills who have 10 years of service in media institutions recognized by the competent authorities exclusively from graduates of all branches of professional study, teachers' institutes, fine arts institutes, have the right to apply within the media channel

▪ Students graduating from Islamic studies, schools affiliated with the two endowments (Shiite and Sunni) and tourism and hotel institutes are not entitled to graduate for the academic year (2019-2020) down to apply for this channel

▪ Ratification of the Journalists Syndicate, the Iraqi Media and Communications Commission, or the Iraqi Media Network to support the student's service after being approved by the media bodies in which he works exclusively

▪ Submit students to this channel through its electronic form after activating it through the Journalists Syndicate

▪ The student must follow his account daily to ensure that this channel is activated

4) Accepting students according to Law 15 of 2016

▪  The comprehensive students are (members of the armed forces - internal security forces - the National Intelligence Service - the National Security Service - the Popular Mobilization Authority - the Counter-Terrorism Service and other security services)

▪ Acceptance of those included in the evening study exclusively

▪ Acceptance of graduates of the Institute of Police Commissioners in evening study exclusively and in humanitarian colleges

▪ Admitted students must adhere to the specified quorum

▪ It is forbidden to host the student admitted within this channel to the morning study

▪ The Ministry of Interior supports the approval of the senior agent on the non-objection of the entity to which the applicant for the evening study is affiliated and the higher authorities do not object to other categories

▪ Graduates of vocational preparatory school who are covered by this channel have the right to apply for evening studies

▪ Those covered by this channel who have a technical diploma have the right to apply for evening studies

▪ The student's acceptance is through submitting it on the electronic portal of the Department of Private University Education

5) The top 30% of the graduates of the institutes (diploma holders)

▪ Admission of graduates of institutes with corresponding competence

▪ Calculating the percentage of the first (30%) and for each specialization separately with the reparation of the fraction of the number in favor of the student

▪ The student is not entitled to combine study and job in the morning study

6) Free scholarship for the medical group (general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy)

▪ Applying for the scholarship exclusively through an electronic interface that is launched through the electronic portal of the Department of Private University Education

▪ Student data is submitted to the system based on the data of the Ministry of Education

▪ The student uses the exam number with the password to recall his data within the system

▪  The student must be a graduate of the preparatory study for the branch (scientific, biological) for the academic year 2023/2024 exclusively

▪ A student with an average of (96%) and above has the right to apply for ten (10) different choices and a student with an average of (93%) is entitled to apply for (6) different options.

▪ The student is subject to electronic differentiation and according to the averages

▪ Checking the documents related to the privileges granted to the student by universities and private colleges to compete for the free scholarship before electronic registration

▪ In the event that the student accepted in the free scholarship is registered, his name will be blocked from the rest of the admission channels within the private education portal

7) Students covered by social welfare

▪ The categories covered are the student or one of his relatives (father, mother) who have a registration in the records of the Social Protection Authority

▪ The wages are (50%) of the tuition fees for each department for the evening study only

8) Students who memorize the Holy Quran

▪ Includes all middle school graduates

▪ The student admitted to the channel of memorizing the Qur'an in full is exempted from tuition fees

▪ The student is subject to a specialized international arbitration committee test issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and the test is repeated annually at the beginning of each academic year to ensure that he continues to memorize the Holy Qur'an, otherwise the privilege of exemption from tuition fees is canceled
