Student Discipline Instructions in the Institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 160 of 2007, amended by Instructions No. 169 of 2018
Article 1/
The student shall be committed to the following:
First - Adherence to the laws, internal regulations, instructions and orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions (university, authority, college, institute).
Second - Not to harm religious beliefs, national unity or national feelings by bad or intentionally inciting sectarian, ethnic or religious strife in action or word.
Third - Not to harm the reputation of the Ministry or its institutions by word or deed inside or outside it. Fourth - Avoid everything that is inconsistent with university behavior in terms of high discipline and respect for the administration, faculty and employees and relationships of fellowship and cooperation between students.
Fifth - Upright disciplined behavior that will positively affect him when appointed and nominated for scholarships and study fellowships. Sixth - Refrain from any act that would disturb the order, peace and tranquility within the university campus (college or institute) or participate in it or incite it or cover up for those who do it.
Seventh - Preserve the educational requirements and property of the university, body, college or institute. Disrupt the smooth running of studies and maintain the discipline required for the conduct of lectures or seminars.

Ninth - Adhere to the uniform dress code prescribed for students, taking into account the privacy of each university or body separately. Tenth - Avoid calling for the establishment of organizations that would deepen division or practice any type of political, religious or social persecution.
Eleventh - Avoid promoting any political party or organization or ethnic, national or sectarian group, whether by hanging pictures, banners and posters or holding seminars.
Twelfth - Not to invite party figures to give lectures or hold party or religious propaganda seminars on campus in order to preserve national unity. Thirteenth - Not to use mobile phones, personal computers or other devices in a manner that harms collegial relations and public morals on campus. Fourteenth - Not to come to the college or institute while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
