A - To hold a certificate of Iraqi Preparatory Studies or its equivalent, authenticated by the General Directorate of Education in the province, and according to the admission criteria of each specialization.
B - To be born in or after the year 1991 for admission to the College of Medicine and the College of Wareth.
C - Students from the academic year 2020-2021 will compete, with a grade of 95% and above in general medicine, in addition to students from the previous academic year 2019-2020 (with a grade of 95% and above), and they will occupy 10% of the admission plan for the university/college mentioned above. They should not have joined medical group colleges (Dentistry, Pharmacy) in both private and public education.
D - Graduates of professional centers (Al-Mu'tasim Center, Al-Walid Center, Al-Mu'taz Center), where the study duration is three years and they have passed the ministry exam (Baccalaureate), are exclusively eligible to apply for admission to private universities and colleges, according to the specific requirements for each specialization.
E - To be a full-time student; combining work and study (simultaneously) is not permissible in morning universities and colleges. This includes all government employees. They must obtain a study leave from their institutions in accordance with the prevailing regulations. It is not allowed to simultaneously enroll in two studies. If proven otherwise, the Ministry/Department of Private Higher Education should be informed for the cancellation of their acceptance.
F - Passing the medical examination according to specific criteria for each study. Blind students who meet the criteria are eligible for suitable humanities programs.
G - Previously accepted students in other universities/colleges in previous years can apply to a different department in 2022. If accepted, their university/same college will administratively change their department. They will start the first stage of their new acceptance, and the Ministry will be informed accordingly.
H - In case a student's enrollment is promoted to another university/college or they study abroad or get an appointment, the student can apply for transfer after submitting a request within one working week from the date of application.
I - Accepted students in government universities/colleges can reapply to private universities/colleges, based on the electronic form and the principle of selection, and according to the admission criteria for the year 2021-2022. The student's file must be submitted via authorized individuals within 60 days from the date of acceptance order issuance; otherwise, the university/college will bear the consequences.
J - A student whose enrollment is promoted to another university/college or changes their major can reapply, following the electronic form and the principle of selection, and according to the admission criteria for the year 2021-2022. The student should not apply to the same major they have been promoted from.
K - Private universities/colleges are not allowed to collect any tuition fees or so-called insurance fees from the student before their acceptance is officially announced by the university/college. No other fees shall be collected during the period of acceptance and registration on the electronic system.
L - Ministers, their grade equivalents, members of the House of Representatives, individuals with special positions, and members of provincial councils are not eligible to apply for morning studies.
M - Students from the Kurdistan Region who hold preparatory study certificates (recognized by the Ministry of Education) are eligible to apply for admission to private universities and colleges.
N - After students are accepted, a university order is issued for universities and administrative orders for colleges, listing the names of the accepted students. These lists are submitted to the Ministry after being presented to the college council for authentication.
O - Data of accepted students in private universities and colleges for the academic year 2021-2022 will be audited by the Department of Private Higher Education, according to the contexts set by the departmen
