B - To be born in or after the year 1991 for admission to the College of Medicine and the College of Wareth.

C - Students from the academic year 2020-2021 will compete, with a grade of 95% and above in general medicine, in addition to students from the previous academic year 2019-2020 (with a grade of 95% and above), and they will occupy 10% of the admission plan for the university/college mentioned above. They should not have joined medical group colleges (Dentistry, Pharmacy) in both private and public education.

D - Graduates of professional centers (Al-Mu'tasim Center, Al-Walid Center, Al-Mu'taz Center), where the study duration is three years and they have passed the ministry exam (Baccalaureate), are exclusively eligible to apply for admission to private universities and colleges, according to the specific requirements for each specialization.

E - To be a full-time student; combining work and study (simultaneously) is not permissible in morning universities and colleges. This includes all government employees. They must obtain a study leave from their institutions in accordance with the prevailing regulations. It is not allowed to simultaneously enroll in two studies. If proven otherwise, the Ministry/Department of Private Higher Education should be informed for the cancellation of their acceptance.

F - Passing the medical examination according to specific criteria for each study. Blind students who meet the criteria are eligible for suitable humanities programs.

G - Previously accepted students in other universities/colleges in previous years can apply to a different department in 2022. If accepted, their university/same college will administratively change their department. They will start the first stage of their new acceptance, and the Ministry will be informed accordingly.

H - In case a student's enrollment is promoted to another university/college or they study abroad or get an appointment, the student can apply for transfer after submitting a request within one working week from the date of application.

I - Accepted students in government universities/colleges can reapply to private universities/colleges, based on the electronic form and the principle of selection, and according to the admission criteria for the year 2021-2022. The student's file must be submitted via authorized individuals within 60 days from the date of acceptance order issuance; otherwise, the university/college will bear the consequences.

J - A student whose enrollment is promoted to another university/college or changes their major can reapply, following the electronic form and the principle of selection, and according to the admission criteria for the year 2021-2022. The student should not apply to the same major they have been promoted from.

K - Private universities/colleges are not allowed to collect any tuition fees or so-called insurance fees from the student before their acceptance is officially announced by the university/college. No other fees shall be collected during the period of acceptance and registration on the electronic system.

L - Ministers, their grade equivalents, members of the House of Representatives, individuals with special positions, and members of provincial councils are not eligible to apply for morning studies.

M - Students from the Kurdistan Region who hold preparatory study certificates (recognized by the Ministry of Education) are eligible to apply for admission to private universities and colleges.

N - After students are accepted, a university order is issued for universities and administrative orders for colleges, listing the names of the accepted students. These lists are submitted to the Ministry after being presented to the college council for authentication.

O - Data of accepted students in private universities and colleges for the academic year 2021-2022 will be audited by the Department of Private Higher Education, according to the contexts set by the departmen

Sure, here's the translation of the provided text into English:

1. The student creates their account within the system using their active mobile number and chooses a password, enabling them to later access the Central Admissions System for Private Education.

2. The student activates notification and electronic reservation services, as well as communication through SMS, to use these services during the application, data verification, and registration stages.

3. The student fills out their personal information by starting with selecting their graduating institution, then following the system's instructions while providing the required information, tailored to each category of students.

4. The system provides a dedicated interface for electronic reservations for reviewing the Private Higher Education Department or the auditing centers in private universities and colleges, according to the requirements of each student category.

5. Electronic data verification is available for students who are graduates of the Ministry of Education and have their examination number and password. They do not need to visit auditing centers in private universities and colleges.

6. For all other student categories who do not have examination numbers and passwords or only have passwords, data verification is done through scheduling an electronic appointment to visit auditing centers in private universities and colleges.

7. In case of any discrepancies in the student's data, the student must schedule an electronic appointment with the Private Higher Education Department for re-auditing.

8. If a student needs to visit the Private Education Department, they can do so by scheduling an electronic appointment and selecting the reason for the visit.

9. After data verification, the student can start the application process by filling out electronic forms, including four options in the general application channel, in addition to two forms for applicants within the private channels.

10. Students included in the private channels must activate those channels through the private channels window in the system to initiate their application within these channels.

11. For students applying through the Martyrs' channel, they should fill out the application form specific to this channel, located in the student's control panel under the private channels section. Afterward, the institution reviews the form for authentication and activates the channel electronically.

12. For students included in other private channels, the student should select the appropriate channels and schedule an electronic appointment with auditing centers in private universities and colleges, bringing along the required documents for activation.

13. Students can withdraw their specific forms during the application stage (withdrawal during application) through the application window within the system, with a maximum of four attempts.

14. The system conducts the selection process dynamically and swiftly, showing student acceptances based on their choices in the application forms. Results are continually updated throughout the application stage.

15. The registration stage begins after the application stage ends. The student brings the registration code and goes to one of the departments they were accepted into to complete the registration process.

16. After the student completes the registration process in one of the accepted departments, their acceptance options are canceled to provide an opportunity for other students, following the results of the selection process.
