In the interest of the university presidency to support creative and distinguished students in various scientific fields, and to motivate them to continue excellence and innovation.
The College of Engineering held a “ceremony honoring the students of the Aircraft Engineering Department,” which was sponsored by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, and in the presence of the Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Waqid Al-Moussawi, and the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi.

Professor Dr. Waqed Al-Moussawi also stressed the importance of developing students’ scientific and practical skills in order to enhance the university’s position as a leading academic center. Meanwhile, Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi praised the dedication and commitment shown by the students during their academic career.
The ceremony included the distribution of certificates of appreciation and prizes to the jury, the winning students and the competition participants.
