As part of the Medical Volunteers Training Programme organised by the College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa, in collaboration with the Regional Centre for Emergency Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr Talal Al-Kamali, Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, delivered a lecture entitled "Imam Hussain and Humanitarian Values in Voluntary Work". The programme is being held in preparation for supporting visitors during the Arbaeen pilgrimage in 2026.

The lecture highlighted the humanitarian and moral values exemplified by Imam Hussain, emphasising that voluntary service reflects the principles of selflessness, generosity, and social responsibility, particularly in serving the visitors of Imam Hussain during Arbaeen.

The lecture forms part of the University's programme to prepare volunteers both professionally and culturally, strengthening their readiness to undertake humanitarian responsibilities while reinforcing the ethical and humanitarian values that underpin the University's mission.
