Medical students from the College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa continue to provide healthcare and first aid to pilgrims during the Arbaeen pilgrimage through their participation in medical units operating across Karbala's Old City and along the main routes leading to the Holy Shrines.
The initiative reflects the students' commitment to volunteer service by supporting medical teams, responding to emergency cases, and gaining valuable clinical experience while delivering essential healthcare services to pilgrims.
This initiative demonstrates the University's commitment to integrating academic learning with practical experience. It supports Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by providing healthcare services, Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by developing students' clinical skills, and Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collaboration with healthcare institutions in serving the community.
