The University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa, represented by Dr Mahdi Al-Saadi, Head of the Science and Technology Parks Department, met with officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports to discuss opportunities for strengthening scientific collaboration. The meeting took place during a visit to the Department of Scientific Welfare and included its Director, Dr Nima Jasim Al-Ghalibi, and the Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs, Dr Ari Kamal Mustafa.

The discussions focused on establishing a memorandum of cooperation to deliver joint training programmes and support student innovation projects in technology, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, helping to develop students' skills and enhance their employability.

The visit also included a tour of the Department's laboratories to explore its technical and training capabilities and identify opportunities for academic and training collaboration that foster innovation and student development.

This initiative reflects the University's commitment to expanding partnerships with government institutions. It supports Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
