• Member Selection Mechanism: Members must be exclusively university students. Selection or approval for membership is conducted by the founder (manager) of the voluntary team, provided the student meets several criteria, including good conduct and a genuine desire to assist others. This follows a comprehensive briefing on operational details and the completion of an information and commitment form.

• Withdrawal Mechanism: Withdrawal may be initiated by the member voluntarily or through dismissal by the team’s follow-up committee—comprised of the founder (manager) and a group of senior, highly active members—due to violations of the team’s general regulations.

• Sustaining Member Activity: Commitment is maintained through the development of members' intellectual, logical, and administrative skills, and by motivating work through the issuance of certificates of appreciation from the university presidency or the team manager. This process also involves consistent activity tracking and the cultivation of a "single family" ethos and fraternal bonds among team members.

The team is an independent student volunteer group that receives support exclusively from the university in the form of material and moral backing, while maintaining complete autonomy. Financial resources are sourced from donors both within and outside the university; Khairat Al-Warith does not engage with any external organization or institution regardless of its affiliation.

Khairat Al-Warith Voluntary Team has accomplished numerous initiatives, including:

1. Periodic inspection visits to nursing homes.

2. Periodic inspection visits to oncology hospitals.

3. Assisting the elderly in orphanages by providing necessary food, clothing, and supplies.

4. Purchasing gifts for pediatric cancer patients.

5. Constructing and renovating homes for impoverished and needy families.

6. Purchasing furniture for needy families.

7. Purchasing and distributing food baskets to impoverished families.

8. Launching an initiative to collect surplus clean food from restaurants and distributing it to those in need.
